Saad is a Chartered Accountant and completed his article ship from A F Fergusons (PWC). He has worked previously in Gillette Pakistan as Company Secretary and CFO till 2019. He was associated with P&G Pakistan since 2019 and worked as Senior Finance Manager till 2021. Later he moved to P&G AMA for reginal role in Finance. Saad is currently Director Finance of P&G Pakistan and leading Commercial Finance team.

Mr. Muhammad Fahad Saleem is CEO and Director of the Gillette Pakistan Limited. In under a decade, Mr. Muhammad Fahad Saleem has successfully spearheaded roles at P&G as an Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Manager (Hair Care) & Brand Director (Hair Care). He is also Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Procter & Gamble Pakistan.

Muhammad Fahad Saleem

Mr. Usman currently serving as Head of Sales P&G Pakistan & Afghanistan, has more than 14 years of field sales, trade marketing and category /customer management experience across channels in Pakistan and IMEA region. He holds BS degree in software engineering from FAUST university. As software engineer, he started his professional career in 2002 by joining Mobile AL USA as team Leader Quality assurance. Being team leader, he successfully designed software and communication process and did an expat assignment in USA for streamlining communication process. 

While working as software engineer, he pursued his MBA in marketing discipline from LUMS university. After completing his MBA in 2007, he started his career from P&G Pakistan as section Manager Traditional trade and sub distributor. As section manger, he successfully managed team of 11 sales Rep and 9 distributors across Sindh and Baluchistan and delivered robust growth target vs year ago by initiating various growth & sales strategies and business initiatives. 

Mr. Usman, who is multi-talented, has served P&G in various local & regional assignments and successfully completed his IMEA & MENA assignments by delivering growth targets and sales results. 

Mr. Usman, who has a proven track record of leadership roles of managing mature and evolving channels and customers in competitive categories, is known for following business specialties/skills: business strategies; category and channel management; trade Marketing; Field Sales; people management; customer management; negotiations; Distributor operations; go to market strategies; management of global channel like Carrefour, Metro & Makro.

Mr. Taha holds MBA degree from LUMS and currently serving as brand director in P&G Pakistan. 

Mr. Taha is known for his innovative thinking and execution of business strategies. He is also skillful in brand building, business acumen & development, strategically leading cross functional team.

Taha Hussain

Miss. Zara Nadeem , who holds MBA degree from LUMS, currently serving as brand director in P&G Pakistan. Before joining P&G, she served in standard chartered bank and Philip Morris. In P&G, she did local & regional assignment in senior managerial position. 

She is multi- talented and know for business strategies, brand building, innovative thinking, business acumen & development, strategically leading cross functional team, delivering of top and bottom-line result & market analysis skills

Zara Nadeem Ali

Independent Director

Ms. Malik is currently CFO and Finance Director at “Red Bull Pakistan”. Ms. Malik is CMA certified and holds Masters’ degree from Ohio Wesleyan University. 

She was previously worked as CFO and Company Secretary of Gillette Pakistan Limited. Earlier, she was Financial Analysis and Planning Manager at P&G UK.

Mehr Alvi Malik

Mr. Saad has nearly three decades of experience working for Procter and Gamble in Senior Executive positions and finally last seven years as Gillette Pakistan’s CEO, and. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan MBA (Class of 1987) and holds two engineering degrees. 

Elected twice as President of American Business Council (ABC), the largest single-country business chamber in Pakistan, Mr. Saad was also elected twice to the Executive Committee of Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (OICCI), the largest foreign business chamber. Currently he is on the board of FFC, KE, NBP FUNDS, Jaffer Brothers, International Packaging and ZIL Corporations. He has previously been on the board of Pakistan Stock Exchange and State Life Insurance Corporation. 

Mr. Saad is an active social worker and founder and chairman of “I am Karachi Consortium” (IAK), and “Pakistan Innovation Foundation” (PIF). He also helped establish the “South East Asia Leadership Academy” (SEALA), a leadership academy for c-suite leaders across 10 nations of South Asia. He is also the Chairman of “Public Interest Law Association of Pakistan: (PILAP), civil rights organization. He is also active in the “Patient Aid Foundation” (PAF), a private group helping the largest public hospitals in the region Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Centre (JPMC). 

Mr. Saad is a published author with his book “It’s Business, It’s Personal” which covers topics from setting a company’s vision, strategies to organizational excellence and culture. He also conceptualized, led, and delivered Rs 1 billion from USAID to the Bolton Market Victims in an efficient and transparent manner under the umbrella of American Business Council. 

He is a certified manner of Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).
